Earliest memories

It has been a while back. I was so free 1 night (well, I’m free at night usually) that I was looking for mo liu stuff. Then suddenly I remember there was this song which I heard when I was really young, like at 3. It was a coca cola commercial. There were a bunch of people holding candles and singing this song:

    D
I’d like to teach the world to sing
   E
In perfect harmony
    A
I’d like to hold it in my arms
    G   D
And keep it company

I’d like to see the world for once
All standing hand in hand
And hear them echo through the hills
For peace throughout the land

I’d like to build the world a home
And furnish it with love
Grow apple trees and honey bees
And snow white turtle doves

For some reason, that vision was so deeply engraved in my mind… I found the chords for it and saved it. Today I was so mo liu… I played piano for an hour then went up and played guitar… then I saw this again. Played and sang it for a few times… Not sure what kind of feeling is that… Probably one of those conditioning thing again. When you were in a happy mode and you heard this song a lot, when you ever hear this song again, all the happy & warm feeling all comes back again. I actually manage to find the clip of the commercial, but it wasn’t the one that I saw. The one that I saw (around 83/84) was already a 2nd or 3rd edition  It’d be nice if I can find it again…
